The Rondo Theatre is a truly unique and intimate venue, situated in the Larkhall area of Bath. We hold events all year round, and have a hugely varied programme including comedy, theatre and music.

ASE interns work in a variety of complementary roles, learning the many aspects of running a successful small performing arts venue. From planning a season to serving behind the bar; from contract negotiation to shifting the scenery; from cleaning the ‘facilities’ to rigging the lights; from front-of-house to marketing. Depending on experience and preference, there will also be opportunities to lead education workshops and to participate in a playwriting group.

The post will enable a range of networking opportunities and the chance to see some of the most exciting theatre in the South West, as well as helping develop one of the best Fringe performing arts venues in the UK.
